I have to lay off a lot of food at the moment. I weighed myself yesterday and I have put on a stone since Xmas. No wonder my clothes are so tight these days. I want to lose at least half a stone by end of May.

I wish I had your problem Weeal. I've got my trampette out to do me 10,000 steps a day. Hopefully that should help shift some of it. Now all I've got to do is get the salads in. Lol
