need good shampoo and condtioner for coloured hair

Just had my done had raspberry highlights,with a dark brown base colour, the hairdresser said that the colour will fade quickly due to excessive washing,which i dont wash my hair everyday, just looking for a not to expensive easy to purchase product, with good results thnks abers!!!

Tresemme have just brought out a colour care shampoo and conditioner, 1 for brunetter and 1 for blonde. Cheap chemists are doing the shampoo/conditioner sets for �2.99 just now. I bought the brunette one.

I had the same colour combination as you last year and I found L'Oreal Elvive Colour Protect was lovely - really extended my colour retention and left my hair lovely and soft. I avoided brunette sh & cond as red-based colours are so touchy and I wanted it to be really vivid.
