I was recently speeding on a dual carriageway at night

And got flashed by the speed camera, but I was a bit drunk and driving on the wrong side, i.e.g. into oncoming traffic. Can I still get fined? I could not make out the speed limit signs as it would have been too dangerous to look round at speed to see what they were. Shouldn't the DOT be held responsible since they were negligent in not forseeing this?

I was also Drunk and doing 100mph in a 30 zone ...and I was on the wrong side of the road also, when I saw you.
So if you had not been drunk also ...we would have had a head on crash. I'm sure it was your dog driving your car.
Anyway I'm not guilty and dont deserve to be punished.
Can anyone get me a lawyer , so that when I confess to being not guilty of anything to the police and pope...I will get off with the court giving me my advanced sriving permit.
