Its started already!
I....am....worried....SICK! About everything. Only 4 weeks in and every twinge or little pain I'm convinced its 'going away'. When I sneeze I get like a stabbing pain that feels like its coming from my left ovary. Has anyone else had this? Also, My skin was very bad before and it cleared up over the last few weeks, but now it seems to be coming back!! WHY? Why arent my hormones taking it away? Also, when I pee in the morning (really sorry too much info) I get like an aching really low down. And.. is it a bad sign that I dont have any sickness?? Am I being ridiculous? And does all the worrying affect the feotus??

At the beginning of all 3 of my pregnancies I had really bad skin,it cleared up by about week 12 and then I had the pregnancy glow you hear all about and I had lovely clear skin and shiny hair. I had no morning sickness in any of the pregnancies either and all of my children were born healthy. As for the other things,if you are worried speak to your GP or midwife and they can tell you whether it is normal or not.
Its natural to worry about everything during pregnancy by the way,lol :-)

its part and parcel of the journey to becoming a mummy hun!
With my first i had awful skin until 12 weeks and never had a bit of sickness, then my skin cleared and i bloomed. With my second i had sickness, awful skin and lank hair and i never bloomed. And old wives tale is that women expecting baby girls never get that perfect skin and hair as their baby takes all the beauty from them lol
The pain when you wee first thingin morning may just be that you bladder is under a bit of pressure from the uterus but this moves out of way at around 12 weeks too.
The stabbing pain may just be that you are wary of sneezing and are tensing ready for a twinge.
BUT as already mentioned you can call the NHS for advice, they willbe able to help, or you can see your GP.
And the worrying wont affect baby and you certainly arent being ridiculous. Mums spend the first 12 weeks knicker checking and the last few weeks doing the same thing, its just part of being a mum / mummy in waiting x

Hi lollyone, I have 2week baby girl and I didn't have any sickness atall throughout the entire pregnancy. My skin was awful during the first 12weeks but then it cleared up and even now my skin is the best it has ever been, even during labour my midwife was saying how shiney and lovely my hair was and my mum commented on it when she visited me on the ward two hours after giving birth having been awake for 48hours! Hormones react differently in everyone and every pregnancy. Also, I would have pain when I peed but I got the oppsite to you, I was in pain throughout the day but could only empty my bladder comfortably first thing in the morning, I can only put this down the the position of the baby and me having spent 8hours laying flat meant when I woke up I could pee but then being upright put pressure on my bladder; if I am right it sounds like you have the opposite problem!
If you are seriously worried you should ocntact your midwife; it's what they are there for xx

That sounds like its normal. I had a lot of pain in the earlier part of my pregnancies due to having PCOS, the swelling uterus must have aggravated the cysts but I convinced myself it was other things.
Not to offend you in any way though, the pain you feel when peeing sounds an awful lot like chlamydia. Go and get a test, doesn't have to be intrusive, your doctor could check it via a urine sample. You don't want to be carrying Chlamydia when you give birth as it can then be passed onto the baby.

GS, no, I definately dont have chlamydia but thank you for taking the time to reply. I think I'm just worrying because its so so tiny just now and I cant really do anything for it. I Still keep doing preg tests though! I just want to see the lines! We were trying for a long time. I can sneeze with ease now though, no pain, and the morning aching seems to be much better today. Thank you all for taking the time to reply.

lollyone LOL,
I did the same, I think I spent far too much money on pregnancy tests (just to make sure)! I was even conviced that I'd have my scan and they would say that it's all a mistake and I'm not pregnant! We are silly worrying, but it's only natural!
I remember sneezing and having a stabbing pain in my belly for hours! I was convinced I had cause a miscariaged! But your baby is very safe in there! Take it easy chick! x x x x
