CiD pop Ups

Can anyone help I'm being bombarded with CiD pop ups I was told that it was attached to messenger and to go to my messenger and delete it from there which i have but there still coming through any ideas i have spyware protection

You have to uninstall MessengerPlus Live including the sponsor program. Then run this

You can reinstall MessengerPlus just make sure you dont accept the sponsor program, which is CiD (formerly known as LOP)

Thank you for your answer. Tried to run: http://www.spywareedge.net/nolop/NoLop.exe But I keep getting this message ' Run time error 75 path/file access error'. This happens every time I cilick on the search and destroy tab. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong.

It's possible you dont have this

To be honest, Im not sure of the impact NoLop has these days. I would skip it and just do the rest. First uninstall messengerPlus, then try uninstalling CiD, it may or may not let you.

Run MBAM which is my second link in my first post.

Finally, look in the C:\Program Files and C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data for stupidly name folders.
