which is the most effective weedkiller for dandelions? i have masses of them, in fact you cannot see the grass for them.

stop weeds very good 4 them. kills them in 10days n gets right down to roots

You could always make some dandelion wine!! (Sheep are also very good at getting rid of dandelions!! Tongue-in-cheek, that one!!)

If your dandelions are in a lawn you can spot treat them with a weed stick, put a small pile of salt into the centre of each rosette or spot treat with concentrated glyphosate weed killer. Don't forget to replace the gaps lsft behind by grass seeding them or they will just be replaced by other lawn weeds! You can eat blanched dandelion leaves in salad. To blanch, exclude the light, cover entire rosette with a clay pot & cover the hole! Check in about 10 days to see how blanched. Enjoy! lol
