Sore Breasts

I have had a sore back for the last few weeks very similar to a kidney infection ache. The doctor has advised that my water sample was clear. For the last week I have had extremely sore breasts and feel very tired. I have taken a home pregnancy test which was negative, does anyone else have any other ideas what it could be....should I get tested for pregancy at the doctors or would it still be too early as my last period was only 3 weeks ago?

Hi Tinah. I had similar symptoms to those you have described. I was tired all the time, and the breast pain was terrible. It got so bad that I dreaded taking my bra off because without the support of it, the pain was unbelievable. I didn't get a positive pregnancy test till my period was a week late. If I was you I'd wait till your period is a day or so late before you do a test. Easy for me to say, I'm not the one suffering the pain. Good luck.

I agree with poohshunny wait till your period is late then test could be as simple as mastitis which is painful but harmless. One trick is to alternate hot and cold water bathing of the breasts very soothing .

The symptoms you describe do sound like those of pregnancy, if you want to test again use first response, this can be used 5 days before your period is due, but as said before you are better waiting until you are late, good luck xx

that happing to me, then i found i was pregnancy. so i would try a other test in a week or so
