my dates dont add up?

i went for my dating scan which said 10 wk. when i counted back thats when i last slept with my chap. my last proper period was jan 25th i was due on friday 22nd but spotted on the 20th the day after sex. the scan said i concieved on the 5th mar im so confussed... can anyone help?

to be honest i wouldn't worry about all that- just go with what ur dating scan says x
