o2 cocoon fone?????

hi ive just brought the new o2 cocoon fone i was wondering weather nebody new how to transfer pixs from ur fone to the pc.......ive installed the pc suite and done all wot i need too but for the life ov me i cant work out how to transfer the pixs..........wld b gratefull for ne sensable answer its driving me mad.....thanxs

i you have loaded the pc suite coorrectly when you connect your phone to the computer by cable a box should open up on the screen asking you if you want to transfer the pictures to the computer.? try plugging the phone cable into another usb socket ?

i had 4 cus they were all faulty. You got to install the pc suite and media player 11 to get anything to work. When you connect the phone you must hit transfer files and if you still cant do it then easiest way is to by a bluetooth dongle for around 5-10 pounds . install that and transfer that way.
Wait till ya try to delete music. thats fun.

ok, when ya delete songs you have to search files to find them and you click delete and then they are suddenly back on your phone as the spare space goes down to around 1.8g then counts down as its putting the songs back on.
I even got threw out of o2 shop for complaining so i complained to the network who sent me a new k850i as i refused another cocoon. good luck to figuring it out anyway

well i tryed the windows media player stillno luck so ill just have to buy the bluetooth i suppose lol

dr filth, they kicked me out the shop as i refused to accept the same handset off them so i reported them to the network. o2 said go to the store they'll pass it off for me just to collect so i refused to go the shop as they didn't want my custom so they let me keep the cocoon phone and sent me a k850i.
