After i wash my hair it always goes frizzy. I was wondering whether there is any way of decreasing the frizz without using special hair products. Can anyone help? Thanks.

My hairdresser told me ages ago to leave a little bit of conditioner in or use 'leave-in' conditioner. That did work for me.
Also, leave your hair to dry naturally, don't use a hair dryer.
I know you said that you don't want to use 'products', but I use frizz-ease and it works perfectly for me. I'd look like Ken Dodd if I didnt use it !

First off, if you want to keep your curls then resist the urge to brush it. After washing, just wrap it up in a towel until is is no longer dripping wet... and leave well alone! Any brushing will straighten out the curls and leave you with a frizzy mess.
As also mentioned, deep conditioning is a must to tackle frizz. My faves, in price order, are: Elvive Anti-Breakage Nutri-Repair Masque, Lush Retreat and Wella Power Mask. They all only need to be left on for a couple of minutes while you're in the shower - I use a mask at least twice a week and they have saved my dry ,frizzy, coloured hair.

I have very curly hair francesca, and I disliike pantene. Its very high in silicone, which coats the hair and can make curls dull. If you want to use a high street conditioner, timotei cotton cair is good, ( its the only one I use if I got caught away from home without my normal products). If you mix a small amount of conditionerand mix this with a small amount of hair serum and rake this through your hair whilst wet this should control the frizz.
YOu can scrunch or twist your hair from there. If you twist start at the back and twist one inch sections round your finger, to give it the natural barrel curl look. Depending on how curly your hair is this will either look touselled or very curly. Then leave to air dry if you can, but if going out in the wind, dry it away from the air stream, eg with a diffuser or through your hand.
