Well dah! what is in that in terms of subjects or knowledge

I presumed that if you wnted to teach it, you would at least had a basic understanding of what it was and what it involved.  There are many deicated websites, including a site called MediaStudies.com

Media education in the UK is characterised by the development of a set of 'Key Concepts' that can be found in the specifications for all media qualifications. These refer to any media product such as a film, television programme, audio recording etc. (often referred to as 'media texts'). The concepts are:

Media Language (the formal properties of media texts)
Genre (the classification of texts)
Representation (the ways in which ideas and values or specific groups or types of people are constructed in media texts)
Institution (the organisation of media production and issues of ownership and control over communication)
Audience (the target audience for media products and the range of audience behaviour in 'reading' texts)

The thing is that I am swedish so we don't have the same system I only wanted suggestions on subjects for that area, And I have got'em now, TNX

but on the other hand I was more into the making of media not the teory of it so any more suggestions

And also if I were to study abroad were should I go in the UK, and not Cambridge or something like that, a normal size town with a student tradition and nice studentenviroment, pubs housing and so on

It depends on the media you are intending to create.. newspapers, magazines, TV etc etc

You could try searching for courses on the UCAS website which is below.
