toolbar gone sideways

Please how can I get my toolbar along the bottom of my screen, for some reason (nothing to do with me!!) it's gone up the side. Thank you.

Right click on an empty part of the toolbar and make sure there is NOT a tick next to lock the taskbar then click and hold down the left mouse button on any empty part of the toolbar and simply drag the bar to the bottom of the screen and release the mouse button.

Once you have it where you want it right click on a empty part again and put a tick next to lock the taskbar and it won't be possible to move it by accident again.
