Film, The title is something like Con Inc. where an innocent share trader is sent to prison for insider trading, inside he helps to set up a fully functional stock market trading place to help fellow inmates and their families. The corrupt warden ends up finding out about it and wants a piece of the action and after a sting operation by the inmates ends up in prison himself. It is not the Shawshank Redemption

Not Con Air that is prisoners taking over a plane with Nick Cage this one is set inside a prison and the inmates sneak in all that is needed to set up a stock-market trading place including monitors computers and all the high tech stuff almost under the noses of the guards and warden until someone snitches and informs the corrupt warden
