my husband cant access his hotmail account. is any one else having problems and how do you get into a blocked account to get your reset email to finally get into account? if you understand that you are better than i am

Try deleting cookies and temporary Internet files (go to Tools -> Delete Browsing History in Internet Explorer 7).
