Hello redcrx sweetie , sorry to hear you have lost your appetite , I know it's easy to say , but try to eat little and often , you need to force yourself , you need the food for energy resources to look after your little ones , but also to keep yourself going without getting ill. As andrea says , it could be the hormone change after delivery , and it may not hurt to have a word with either your health visitor or your gp , they may be able to give you something to stimulate your appetite . Menwhile , think of foods with a strong look or taste that usually tempts you , and see if you fancy a little of that . Are you getting out and about , and doing a few tthings for yourself leisure wise honey , I expect you find this difficult with 2 children , but you don't want to forget to get a bit of you-time .
