How do you get rid of the red spots on your legs after a couple days of shaving? I dont know what it's called, but I heard its called "chicken skin" because it leaves red dots on your legs and it "never goes away" is that true??.. Also, how do you get rid of the little hair grown INSIDE the skin? It curls up and grows inside..

I find I get red dots after I shave, so I opt for hair removal cream now. It's not messy if you buy the roll on stuff.

I get a rash like that if I don't use a good shaving gel. Not sure what you used. It will go away, it might take a day or so, try using a soothing cream on it such as Aloe Vera.
about the ingrown hair, I get this if I shave a lot, I'm not sure if there is a way of getting rid. What about waxing instead, this might work?

Make sure you use a good shaving gel or foam, and try to use a new blade each time you shave (or at least every other time). If you don't change it every time, then make sure it is keep somewhere dry (not in the damp bathroom air) to keep it sharp.
After shaving, try rubbing some tea tree oil on your legs on a cotton wool pad which soothes and stops the ingrowing hairs.
