Charity event - who mimed to Natalie Imbruglia?

Within the last year I remember watching a TV charity event where a man mimed the words to Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn." He did funny body actions at the same time and towards the end of the song, Natalie joined him on stage.
Does anyone know who this guy is?
