Hi everybody! Has anyone tried this before, as i was thinking of doing it but heard it can be quite dangerous. Or has anyone got any other good diets they know of that have workerd quite well?
I stated just eating as much fruit and veg as I wanted as well as chicken -no booze.
I supplemented it with Green Tea supplementts Multi Vits Vit B6 and Milk Thistle.
The weight just fell of me and I still maintain that same eaing pattern to this day -excpet i now have some wine if and when.The weight is still coming off -o forgot to say i crucially had Special K with skimmed milk at breakfast -that definitely helped.
Its not boring -its not a diet its just a lifestyle change.

Hi I've just done something called the Madal Bal Detox and lost 12lb in a week!
I do agree with Drisgirl somewhat but this was just a boost for me to start eating and exercising properly!

Try the Rosemary Conley Gi Hip and Thigh diet,it is just a sensible eating plan with low fat foods,my fiance and I have been on it for a week and he has gone from 12st to 11st 3lb already. I haven't lost weight but as I only weigh 8st 11lb that wasn't my aim anyway,I just wanted a healthy eating plan. There are some lovely recipes in the book and they are quick and easy to prepare and cook.
I lost a lot of weight on the Tesco online diet. I think its still going
It didnt feel like a diet, I actually ate more than normally do., and tried lots of new things and you can interchange the menus to suit your lifestyle. Once Id printed off all the diets and recipies and kept them in a book I cancelled my subscription. I still use lots of the receipies now and pass them onto friends. My husband has his favourites even though he doesnt need to lose weight
