Go to start love , then all programmes , then accssories where you will then see system tools and then character map in that list xxxx

all programs then
accessories, then
system tools then
character map then

scoll down to the icon you want such as, ☺ then hit select, then copy, go to top[ of page, select edit, then paste, and hey presto
