hi last week at my aunts we were suprised to see this exotic looking bird sit on a tree just outside of her garden, it had a yellow body with black edges on the tips of its plumage, red beak and black around the eyes, almost like the new romantic era of eye shade going into a point.
it was around half the size of a magpie.
other birds seemed cautious perhaps due to its vibrant colour.
it hung around a while, we never heard its call as it never made a sound.
anyone know what it could be? cheers.
