These 3 should start you off. Being on the punk/goth myself
A few points which hopefully will help:
1. Punk originated in the late 70s and was pretty much over by the 80s. The links londondave posted characterise that look - tartan, bondage, mohicans etc.
2. Glam rock was more early 70s and centred around bands like T-Rex, Slade, Mud etc, characterised by glitter, catsuits, platform heels. Unless you mean 90s Glam Metal (eg Poison, Faster Pussycat) which i doubt very much you do.
3. The defining look of the early 80s was New Romantic, made popular by bands like Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran and ABC - a slightly harder look to pin down I think but maybe frilly shirts, eyeliner, pixie boots. Related to but not exactly the same as Goth. Maybe that's what you're thinking of?
Once we know exactly what you're after we can hopefully help more!

There are 100s of Punk/Goth sty;e girls on here, but I reckon you will be OK with ripped fishnet stockings, boots, zipped T shirt with a fake nose/lip ring, fake tattoo unless you have the real thing, spike up hair with a bit of colour, make up should be heavy black/purple
