02 phone

I have an O2 contract phone, and at the minute there is a problem with the sim card, as I cannot receive any incoming calls, nor can I make outgoing calls. This problems is definitely with the SIM and not the phone as I have tried different handsets and the same problem occurs. I have tried contacting customer services, but as yet no reply.

Any idea why this might be happening? There is no problem with bill paying etc

o2 is having a problem at the moment i have no signal i would imagine its the same all over the country

no, it wasn't the same all over the country, friends on o2 were not having this problem

o2 was down in a lot of places yesterday, this is solved now. But when you say 'as soon as the is a problem with the sim card' what exactly do you mean?

i sorted mine by reselecting the network provider
