i would like to know how you go and get mediation as i am in business with a guy and he keps falling out with me, he is of course an ex so we cant seem to have a talk about anything with out a row and are mediaters like solicitors, and do they cost much money??? he is saying he will refuse to pay a solicitor and will just make aload of lies up about me please can someone help me what to do??????

you can go through a solicitors and have an around the table meeting,
some also offer a mediation service.

other than that there are dedicated mediation services they are on the net they charge about �100 ph, a solicitor will charge about �200ph have fun it is definenetly not that
