I remember being so pleased at getting to week 38 and being huge but only having one mark. 4 weeks later my tum looked like a road map. Still, was all worth it.

there is nothing at all you can do to prevent stretch marks. nothing. you either get 'em or you don't. i have abelly full of them. my boobs and bingo wings haev them too. after a while though they fade to a slivery type colour and become less noticable. bio oil does work pretty well though - dunno if it's safe to use pregnant though, but i used it for a week or so on the stretchmarks on my bingo wings and i really noticed a difference - although that could just be me and mind over matter and hoping for a change in appearance lol.
moisturising helps your skin so do do it but don't expect it to be a magic cream that stops stretchmarks :)

Hi ,
I have always had pretty bad stretch marks around my belly region ever since I gave birth to my three kids.I had tried Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter which a number of people had recommended but it didn't seem to work. My Doctor had even suggested a Tummy Tuck. I then recently read an article about a lady who supposedly got rid of her stretch marks using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked really well. My stretch marks disappeared in 3 weeks. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below.
