my vehicle was stolen two months ago i sent in all the papers they asked for and now they send me more papers with more questions like original finance papers with original owners name, also who is doing my job now that i dont have my truck also they want a release for income taxes and employment and trw .why i dont understand

Either give them the info they want, or, if you are unhappy to do so, ask them why they want it and how it will help them settle your claim!
it seems to me that they think there is something dodgy with your claim.
Is this a claim under UK insurance law?
That's a very odd series of questions they've asked - I used to deal with Commercial stuff a while ago and I would never have asked that?

I'd have to agree with Norman here - I now work in ''claims validation'', and I'd be asking questions like that if I had an issue.

Saying that, do you have business interuption insurance, etc, with the same insurer and are putting a claim through? Sometimes we ask the questions just to cross the t's when there is a large amount involved.
But I should add it's normal to ask for registered owner's names, and original documents, etc!
