i have windows vista 32 bit laptop and i recently installed a new hard drive but the media center doesnt sync music to my sd cards or through the usb port to my mp3 player and dell doesnt know /cant understand why ,ive installed the latest sound card and bios drives but no joy can anyone help ? the sync center is blank no devices listed thanks c

The sound card is not involved in syncing. Have you installed the USB drivers?
