I have burnt plenty of CDs before, however this time, instead of showing the drive where the music would be burnt to it said Connect burner and the Start Burn icon at the bottom is greyed out.
I have tired to look for help on microsoft website but had no luck.... does anyone know what to do when this happens?
thank you
