UK 2 bedroom flat rental price chart

I'm trying to find a chart that shows average residential rental values of 2 bedroom properties over the past 3 - 5 years in the UK and more speciafically the North West or Manchester but can't find anything dynamic.

Please can anyone help ?

i'm not aware of anything, but i'm subscribing to the question in case anyone does!

it might be best to work it out based on the sold prices (available all over the internet - i use ourproperty.co.uk), by taking the average sold prices and working out the mortgage payment and you'll be in a 'ish' area

(net purchase price x mortgage rate) / 12 = mortgage repayments

eg. (�150,000 x 5.79%) / 12 = �723.75 pcm.

You could expect that example to rent at �750 pcm to cover the mortgage payments.
