PArking tickets issued from London to Scotland address ?

ive recieved to my Scottish address ,a parking ticket , from a London Council , which I did keep the ticket of the windscreen ........ can bailiffs pursue this debt in Scotland (meaning can they call/ do they have jurisdiction , at my GlASGOW ADRESS ?

I don't see why they wouldn't be able to chase you up in Scotland for an offence committed in England.

It's not like running over the border to Mexico you know.

fao S QU A R E B E A R ...im well aware that "debts " generally can pursued where ever you are , even if a DEBTOR is traced in the PLANATERY SYSTEM , however, in NORTHERN IRELAND , CERTIFIED BAILIFFS do not operate ..../INdependant bailiffs , do not exist , - DEBT COLLECTORS do which is slightly different , DEBT COLLECTORS , have less leverage in "CONFISCATION of GOODS etc ..... " - in my original question , I pointed out im living in Glasgow , not N.Ire ., ..... thanks

Pink kittens ....... i have hust seen a poodle , run over byan Argos delivery truck , can i claim , of the POODLE owner/ or ARGOS , for "TRAUMA " .... that is 100 percent fact - about the POODLE being run over ........ -------- as for law books at my disposal no , i have some FOOTBALL MAGAZINE from over 35 years ago ,,,,,,????? -------------- a lot of law books in libraries , are not comprehensive enough ??? .
