Does anyone know where I can buy an egg topper for raw egg as used by Glynn Purnell in Great British Food Menu. I have one that takes the top off a boiled egg.

Can anyone explain to my why noone mentioned that the egg dish was Creme Brulee? They made a big thing about other dishes not being British enough. Mind you..it was my favourite just cause Glynn seems such a nice guy.
