I live in the house with my boyfrend for over 5 year.We are purcahsing all the thing for the house together. A lot of impruvments were made, which I was not paing for the contractors work but spliting the cost of all the materials , managing all the work, taking days and days off my full time job the get permits and find richt contarctors.Price of the house doubled since we moved in . My name is not on the deed.What my legal right are in case we are getting separeted or something will happennd to him.

zoya, you need to protect yourself by getting your name on the deed. The law doesn't recognise the rights of unmarried partners. If your partner is a decent person he will see that you need the safety of shared ownership, and, by the  way, I hope he's made a will. Otherwise if anything happens to him his property, including the house will go to his legal next of kin. Good luck!

You must get matters agreed with your partner, and committed to writing. You will need to involve your lawyers to get everything straight. As matters stand your position is at best uncertain.
