I saw a question about a poem regarding death it was really emotive and captured the feelings of wanting life to stop when someone has died. It was referring to putting out the stars and making the policemen wear black armbands. Does anyone know what it is

It's in 4 weddings and a funeral ( in the funeral bit ((obviously)) and it always makes me Boo Hoo . I love it.
