What western US town named itself the capital of toe-tappin and what was toe-tappin called?

that's a good question. i looked it up and found 'toe tapping entertainment capital of the Midwest, Branson, Missouri'. on another site, they said it was the 'Live Entertainment Capital of the World'.  but the other name for toe tapping was unable to find.
