Got back off my run a few minutes ago. I'm soaking wet, sweaty and muddy.

So now, breakfast ... I know I should have cereal, but I really fancy a hot one this morning.

Am I the only person feeling guilty about breakfast?

Just posting this question, then I'm off for a shower. xx

why should you feel guilty about breakfast? its an essential meal. A lot of healthy people eat breakfast

I was feeling guilty coz I'm tempted to dump the crispies and treat myself to a big fry up.

morning jayne, we have had a bacon buttie in bed, guess who had to get up to cook it!!! But it's a treat as one of is is usually working on a Sunday. Actually I am working at 1pm but I might go in early as I have to do a stock count, but a bacon sarny first thing wakes you up!!
