I dont think we are all like that at all, I have known people who are like an open book literally, dealing with their highs and lows, of course if you have opened yourself up and been hurt as a result it makes you less likely to open your self up to new people again. (once bitten ect..)

the better quality of friendships/relationships that you make the more likely you are going to "unpeel" yourself to others.

people speed read and often judge the open book by the cover
