came back from the pictures tonight,mother in law had been baby sitting.went into bedroom to put baby to bed,looked up and the loft hatch had moved...like somebody had been up there! on closer inspection the one in main hallway has scratch marks on the wall leading into it...weird or what...any ideas comments etc.....oh by the way we live in a top floor flat...no lock on our flat door...but we have a dog.....

I always leave the stair light on . Gosh yes , it's gale force and has been howling aound the last few nights .

Awww.....well last week, I was staying on the Staffordshire moorland, and the weather was gorgeous. Then it changed yesterday really. I don't live a million miles from where we were, and it IS windy here tonight as well. I don't like it when it rattles round the place, so I try to keep lights on and have some music in the background when I'm on my own downstairs!

I always leave a light on in the hall and downstairs too. Wasnt much fun just having 1 candle to light the place the other night! It was ok when we was still up and had a few scattered about but blew them all out apart from the one in the bedroom at bedtime. When baby woke for a feed, that one had gone out and we was in total darkness :(

Awwww...now that wasn't nice! We have a generator for if things ever got really bad. I'd hate to be in this house in total darkness!
