still waiting for the boiler to get fixed

Posted a comment over a week ago about my boiler being broken and didnt have any hot water or heating and some abers gave me a hard time saying is that all, well its 12 days on from that comment and i have as yet not got it fixed, got a phone call today to say they are meant to be coming out this afternoon after i went into the housing and kicked off again, should have been on training day had to cancel, they left me 2 heaters one didnt work and the other ate the electric, i have to go to the gym to get a wash, hang on the guy has just turned up but it isnt looking to promising he has had to ring the original guy to ask what the problem is bloody workmen!!!

Sorry, I would not be messing around with Engineers or the council, if it is the council who are you landlords.
I would have been to a local Councillor or my MP a week ago. That should make them jump through hoops. Or write to the Judge in the Sunday Mail.

no cruella its a housing association, will have to try and find out if we have a tenants assoc but they either dont have one or a keeping them under wraps, i can remember some while ago tenants assoc letter but nothing for ages
