Elastic bands and Penis'

Saw a TV prog about a male stripper. He used an elastic band to make him self look 'bigger' for his act. It was tightened around the base , to make the blood stay inside. Is this dangerous? Can it cause permanent damage? Anyone on here ever done it , does it hurt?

The penis, as every other organ in the male body, responds to blood circulating, and any method of cutting off this circulation is not a good idea. People have experimented with this method in the short term to 'enhance' both appearence and pleasure, but it certainly isn't recomended for long term application, when serious damage could be caused. I haven't tried it myself - anyone else may be able to confirm details from experience.

Farmers put rubber bands around the tails of lambs. Pretty soon after the tail drops off. That should be a deterrent for all :-)

Wildwood - it's an appalling cure for rapists actually. It can apparently make them worse. The only known way is chemical castration, which restricts the production of testosterone and thus the urge to do such things. Physical castration can increase the chances of a rapist turning murderously violent since they become frustrated by their inabilty to enact the urges that make them rapists in the first place.
