I bought a house in the schedule it said with a garage, the missives have been done with the schedule particulars as being WHOLE AND ALL. Scottish Law.
It turns out the garage I was shown is not in the plans of the house. So I have paid for and not got a garage.

Is the sale NULL and VOID?

Does anyone know.

The person to ask is your solicitor who done the conveyancing on your behalf. Maybe the garage is sited at another location? Sounds like you have a just complaint otherwise.
