Why can''t I access Orange webmai?l

When i try to access Orange webmail from the Orange homepage my screen freezes. I can get into the website ok and there is no problem with searches, just access to the wevbmail.

The address line shows https://web.orange.co.uk/r/login/?rm=checkform

The info line at the bottom shows waiting for http://email.orange.co.,uk/webmail/en_GB/index .html......

There is no problem at all with any other websites or my hotmail webmail, just with Orange webmail.

Any ideas? I could just stop using it but would like to know if this is a simple thing to address.

Further to the above. The website eventually timed me out. When I signed back in i got as far as the Welcome to Orange Webmail screen and clicked on inbox and now that has frozen.
