cheese and biscuits ?

what is the best cheese / cracker conbination ?
I myself am quite partial to Ritz and Boursin

I like tangy Italian crackers with Philly or ANY other cheese

I am quite partial to a water biscuit or three with either a slice of very very mature cheddar or a spread of low fat cream cheese.... yummy !

Water biscuits with a nice ripe brie. Or some of those Cornish wafer thingies with some wensleydale with blueberries

Bertolli Focaccine Garlic & Parsley ones are nice vissy, theres a whole range of flavours in Tesco

I can't help but love cream crackers with a thick spread of dairylea on. Takes me back to my childhood!
