Music played on the last Apprentice?

There is a piece of classical music that starts at about 38 minutes 30 seconds into this clip, a waltz (I think). I know it's famous but I don't know what it's called. Can anybody tell me what it is?? Thank you :)

I think it is the waltz from the Shostakovich Jazz Suite. Elly.
