I am just trying to find out how much worse off I will be if I go for this job as it would mean a reduction in salary. You help is appreciated.
Have you calculator Tigwig? Or no spreadsheet on your PC?
And here's one of many sites that calculate approx net pay from gross pay:

If your 'month' is a true calendar month, your pay will obviously vary slightly because you'll work more days in some months than others. (Unless, of course, your employer uses an averaging system). So the monthly figures, below, provide an average.
However, many people who refer to 'monthly' pay, actually get paid every 4 weeks, so I've given the appropriate figures as well:
Full time work:
Monthly take home = 863.81 (873.81 from September)
4-weekly take home = 4 x 199.34 = 797.36 (From September, 4 x 201.65 = 806.60)
15 hours per week:
Monthly take home = 419.23 (No change in September)
4-weekly take home = 4 x 96.75 = 387 (No change in September)
22.5 hours per week
Monthly take home = 574.54 (584.54 from September)
4-weekly take home = 4 x 132.59 = 530.36 (From September, 4 x 134.89 = 539.56)
