I can't remeber the exact quantities, but I once did one using a small can of Campbells chicken soup, mild curry powder to taste and a little chicken stock, and it was lovely.

This recipe is very good and very tasty.
For 2 people;
Brown off 2 chicken breasts and put in the slo cooker. Then soften 1 onion, 1 green pepper and 1 apple, add to this a tablespoon of curry powder, a teaspoon of cumin and a handful of sultanas. Then add all to the slo cooker with a half pint of chicken stock and a bay leaf and season. I also like to add some mushrooms. I cook on slow for 8 hours and serve with rice.

surely this will make your house smell of curry for days if you slow cook it?!
