Does anyone know how to divert emails when away from computer for a few days? I am using Microsoft Outlook version 10.0. I can't find anything in the menus to divert. Thanks

Outlook only downloads them onto your hard drive.
You will still be able to access your emails from the online provider eg. Hotmail or whatever you use.

Go to their home page and check your emails from there, when you return they should still all download again via Outlook on your own PC.
Go to Tools- Rules and Alerts and create a simple rule.

All mail received - forward to-- then insert the email address you want it diverting to.

If you select send a copy to the new address then your old mail will still be waiting for you on your return as weeal said. If you don't select send a copy it will disappear when you collect the mail at your new address
That's ok Quiet Man...anytime
