As for feeling very tired and falling asleep. This can happen if you have been working very hard and then suddenly have time to relax. I think it is a bodies way of repairing itself. It certainly happens to me at Christmas time and for the first days of my annual holiday. Don't worry too much, but if it continues after a week or two it might be worthwhile popping down to see your GP. Meanwhile, don't fight the sleep. Indulge yourself a little and accept it. Take yourself up to bed when you are tired and make other people aware that you are not available to do anything.
