my partner has a female friend who keeps phoning him when she knows he is with me and delights in popping round when im out . how do i deal with this?

I think your partner is partly to blame for her behaviour. If he knows you feel uncomfortable with this, then he has a duty to discourage her from turning up at your home when you're not there.

If she turns up uninvited, he could put his jacket on and tell her he's on his way out to pick you up and ask her to phone first, as it's not always convenient. If she's a genuine friend and not just meddling in your relationship, for her own sadistic pleasure, she will understand.

Perhaps you could confiscate his mobile and never go out, and then she won�t be able to phone him or pop round. Job done.

The only way to deal with this is to ask your partner to respect your feelings by not kowtowing to this woman�s every whim. He either wants to be with you or her, he can�t have both. Unless of course you and she are that way inclined. Its probably what he�s hoping.

no she doesnt know i dont like her. but thanks i genuinely hadnt thought of that perhaps i should be more lenient but towards her. its wierd seeing what other people think isnt it ?

gingerbird your right i wouldnt like it either even if they have been friends a longtime
as its been said on here, when she is about just keep holding his hands and arms around him and do as much flirting as you can
if that dont work after a while drop hints to him say yeah i`ll come around but i dont want to be in the way of you and your friend so is she coming around
