what is the best security to have installed. is there a free one. anyone got suggestions as i keep getting a reminder that the current one is discontinued in june and they want me to update to AOL Security Suite for �2.99 per month. I am confused as i thought McAffee was free to AOL users. thank you.

hi i am on aol and i use avg free and i have had no problems

The trial period of Mcaffee is only free, you have to pay for it after that. Stick with AVG the are proberbly the best free anti vac on the market.

thank you. I am nervous about downloading. just looked at AVG and there are different downloads. 1 AVG free Basic and AVG Internet security new version , is that free???Sorry to be a dumbo!! thank you

the other thing that you can do is to go to a place like PC World and buy a secure Anti Vac. My recommendation to you is to purchase an Anti vac if you are unhappy about downloading, although AVG basic 1 is free and is ok
