Not all the best of answers these but this is what I'm going with as I am so running out of time...

50 tops? (really not sure about this)
62 Bath robe (bath is a jewish measure and bore mixed up)
65 I have got mackintosh , only because there is a Charles Mackintosh and he's Scottish.

45 Sport coat...I think "diversion" as sport and "spread" to coat.
