Hotmail bug

I have a bad problem of hotmail for long time ( since Emotional options appeared ,i think ). It often (not always ) does not handle components and attachments when i try to compose,reply or forward an email ! For example if i attach a 50 kb .jpg file and send to you, you will receive a 1kb email from me ! the same if i forward or reply an email to you.

Sounds like a tricky one! Have you got latest IE/Navigator? I have had problems with some Hotmail functions when using Opera and Mozilla but never the problem you have got. When you attach the file, does it appear with the correct name and file size in the 'Attachments' text box? If it is, indeed, a bug within Hotmail itself, there is a link on your mail homepage where you can report it.
